Fedor and Jones, fighters of the last 2 decades, but what about GSP and Anderson?

It's safe to say Fedor was the fighter of the 2000-2009 decade as he was undefeated, was the #1 HW from 2003 onwards and was arguably the top P4P fighter during that time. Also, Jones was just getting started and GSP and Anderson both lost repeatedly during 1999-2009, including against low tier opponents (Serra, Takase, Chonan).

Now that Jon Jones has been named the fighter of the past decade, where does that leave legends like GSP and Anderson? Are they're still credible GOAT contenders...
