Better base for MMA - Judo or BJJ?
So if you could only put a kid in one style from the age of 10 which would it be?
Yes their both great etc etc.
And no answers of 'do wrestling'.

The question is, which would be a better base between Judo and BJJ (traditional gi) if there was only opportunity and desire to train one style from youth to blackbelt level between the ages of about 10 -18.
A better base to then aged 18 cross train other arts to prepare for mma.

I'm going with Judo.
Can learn some BJJ or submission grappling...

Fighters who people call Legends, but you think aren’t.
The term a legend in this sport gets thrown around a lot to give mma some kind of epic long history. Terms like goats started getting thrown around in the ealy 2000s when the sport was but a decade old.

So who are some fighters you hear people calling a legend but just arent, and why don’t you think they are.

a few years ago a man called Donnie managed to sneak ringside to manny pacquiao’s fight in Macau. He did because his original seats were shit. He ended up being right next PAC-man’s family and behind the ring girls. When they was over he was taking selfies in the ring as pac-man was being interviewed.
Shit was amazing. Has any mma fan ever done something that awesome other than the timeless just bleed guy ( I know he didn’t sneak in the ring, but his antics was timeless)...

Who aside from Davi Ramos, Zabit, Dominick Reyes, Alexander Hernandez, Gregor Gillespie should I be paying attention to? I want to watch these guys' early bouts before they become the next champ.

Remember Ben Askren on Joe Rogan's show? The guy talked about so many topics in so much detail. I was surprised at how much he knew about politics and other countries.

Daniel Cormier - No explanation needed.

Chael Sonnen - Even if you hate the guy, you have to admit he is one of the most eloquent speakers in MMA. He was able to trash talk without ever swearing. Listening to him talk is refreshing when he is not in character. I actually learn interesting things about wrestling that...
